Choc Bread Pudding

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A:

6 keping roti sandwich (dipotong kecil2)
2 biji telur A
2-3 sudu besar gula aising
1/2 cawan susu cair

Bahan B:

7 gm agar-agar
4-5 sudu besar gula pasir (kalau kurang manis, boleh tambah) 400 ml air
1/2 cawan susu cair
4 sudu besar serbuk coklat.

Cara-cara

  1. Bahan A :Sediakan pengukus dan panaskan. Lengserkan loyang dgn mentega. Pukul telur bersama gula aising selama 2-3 minit. Masukkan susu cair dan roti. Kacau sebati. Tuangkan ke dalam loyang sambil diratakan sedikit. Kukus selama 10-15 minit shj. Setelah masak, ketepikan.
  2. Bahan B :Didihkan air bersama agar-agar dan gula. Kacau sehingga hancur. Masukkan susu cair dan serbuk coklat. Kacau lagi dgn api kecil. Tapiskan dan terus tuangkan ke dalam loyang tadi. Sejukkan sebelum dipotong.
